VIRTUAL DESIGN CONSULTATION

The virtual design consultation is a way to meet with designer, discuss your space, your design goals and current challenges. After your 1 hour virtual meeting you will receive a follow up report including all notes from our meeting as well as a custom mood board of design inspiration and overall design concept for your space . In preparation for your meeting you will be asked to provide photographs of the space(s) to be discussed and some general measurements to help give a sense of scale.

YOUR VIRTUAL DESIGN CONSULTATION PLAN INCLUDES:

• One hour virtual meeting via Zoom
• Custom Mood Board with images based on our meeting
• Follow-up PDF report including all notes taken during the meeting

Rate: CDN$300.00.

DESIGN CONCEPT

We’ll start with a meeting to discuss your space, design goals and challenges. With that information in hand along with measurements and photographs I will create a personalized design plan for your space (and budget) that you can follow on your own timeline.

YOUR DESIGN CONCEPT PLAN INCLUDES:

• Up to three choices of custom inspiration mood boards
• Material board including (if applicable) suggested paint colors, fabrics, window treatments, and flooring
• Room plan with furniture placement
• Design drawings, or elevations
• Shopping guide with recommended furnishings, lighting and accessories
• Setup guidance & implementation tips for putting your design together

RATE: CDN$5.00 per square foot.

SOURCING AND SELECTION

This package includes a complete design and sourcing of design elements, based on your goals, budget, and taste. It includes recommendations for everything from paint color to furniture selection and placement, to lighting and decorative items, and can incorporate as many existing pieces as you wish.

YOUR SOURCING AND SELECTION PLAN INCLUDES:

• Up to three choices of custom inspiration mood boards
• Material board including (if applicable) suggested paint colors, fabrics, window treatments, and flooring
• Room plan with furniture placement
• Design drawings, or elevations
• Sourcing of design elements
• Coordinating Purchasing
• Managing Shipping & Deliveries

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

A full set of Interior Design plans for your home. Designed and managed from start to finish.

YOUR PROJECTMANAGEMENT PLAN INCLUDES:

• Room plan with furniture placement
• Design drawings, or elevations

• Managing Trades & Contractors
• Job site visits and design management during construction
• Coordination of vendors, trades, artists, and craftsmen
